Undeveloped land taxation-Kingman Daily Miner Editor: I was shocked to see that the taxable value of my "undeveloped" ranch-land had more than doubled in 1-year, despite that no improvements had taken place. And why do we continue to be over-taxed for a school that is far out of our "usability" range? These are both outrageous and extremely unfair tax burdens to all of us at Willow Creek Ranch!
